FOLLOW THE GPS {God’s Positive Solution}
WOW, what a title HEY? Well, this comes from where Jesus told His disciples: 1 “And You know the way where I AM going.” However, just like many of us and other followers Thomas made the same comment we would make. 2 “ I do not know the way, how do I know the way?” Come on now, tell me that we can’t or don’t know the way. After all we have been taught, and all that we have read in our past, that we truly have no clue as to where Jesus went and where we are going?
Scripture tells us that Jesus Christ, the First Born of life, the Only Begotten Son of God (Jehovah), the Creator of all we see and all we can’t see, the Only One who can redeem us, and the Only One who knows the ROAD we all must travel on is the One who can get us home. Why is it we have difficulties in seeking His GPS rather than man’s maps? Could it be we fall into the same existence that we have read about in Paul’s journeys? 3 “For while I was passing through and examining the objects of your worship, I also found an altar with the inscription, `TO AN UNKNOWN GOD.’ What therefore you worship in ignorance, this I proclaim to you.”
God’s Positive Solution is found in His Word, He had established it all many eons prior to our existence and even wrote it to us in His Love letter that He left us. 4 “The God who made the world and all things in it.” Now, if He was the One who MADE the whole world and all things in it, is it too difficult for Him to show us the way? I think not! God established a path for each of us to walk on, in the way of getting back to Him, He not only made the path, He also sent His guides to help us along the way. A good book to read that kind of draws a video of this is Hind Feet In Heavenly Places. Or maybe Pilgrims Progress another good book to read. However, do not give more attention to these books as they are fictitious and spend much needed time in the Book that He wrote to us.
It is only through His guidance that we might make it back to Him and His Kingdom. WE can not make it there on another’s coat tail or apron strings. It is all up to us to make it on our own merit by turning to Christ Jesus and repenting of our own wickedness and sinful natures. What is sin anyway? Sin is basically [disobedience to the Word of God] Governments may come out and make sinful things legal, but that does not supersede what God established so long ago. Remember, it is Only the God of the universe and of all creation that can redeem us from this doomed planet and life. It is Him and Him alone that can pull us up out of the miry clay and set our feet on THE ROCK.
PRAY THIS PRAYER
Lord, I come to You right now asking that You show me Your GPS, Your destination For me, the correct path that You would Have for me to walk, the direction Set for me. Guide me along the beaten Trail that I might return to You and abide In You for evermore. I ask this in the Name of Jesus Christ
